Your role focuses on using heavy-duty cleaning equipment to maintain cleanliness and safety. This full-time and part-time position is essential for maintaining high cleanliness standards. You will operate industrial cleaning machinery, perform floor care, and ensure all common areas are well-maintained. A proactive approach and dependability are crucial for directly enhancing the guest experience at Alpine. Key Responsibilities:
Operate heavy-duty cleaning equipment effectively
Clean and sanitize high-touch areas regularly
Perform comprehensive floor care including mopping and vacuuming
Collect trash and recyclables on a consistent basis
Maintain clean common areas, including hallways and bathrooms Requirements:
Experience with industrial cleaning equipment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Background in janitorial duties in public spaces
Eligibility for applicable security clearances
