The Night Shift

Supervisor is pivotal in driving production goals, ensuring safety, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will coach employees, resolve operational challenges, and maintain compliance with quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the night shift team to meet production targets
Ensure safety and quality compliance in all operations
Coordinate production processes and resolve issues
Train and develop team members effectively
Implement performance monitoring and process improvements Requirements:
Prior experience in supervising manufacturing teams
Familiarity with HDPE manufacturing is advantageous
