Work Location:Toronto, Ontario, CanadaHours:37.5 hours per weekLine of Business:Data & AnalyticsPay Details:$69,700 - 98,400 CADJob Description:The Product Control Team within TDS Finance supports TD Securities by providing end‑to‑end accountability for the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of optimized processes and controls for financial reporting. The team is the primary point of contact for P&L;, Balance Sheet, Attribution, and Independent Pricing Verification & Valuation Adjustment reporting and initiatives. It offers reporting, analysis, investigation, and commentary for a wide range of TD Securities business lines, including equity derivatives, fixed income, credit derivatives, commodities, foreign exchange, and more.Responsibilities:Ensure strong financial controls and efficient processes around P&L;, Attribution, Balance Sheet, and Independent Pricing Verification and Valuation Adjustment processes for TD Securities.Effectively challenge, propose, and champion projects to improve efficiencies and provide more effective business support.Act as the financial guardian of TD Securities sales and trading activities.Ensure independent validation of the value of trading portfolios/books.Work with businesses and new product groups to integrate new products into the financial environment and build appropriate controls.Provide reliable and meaningful financial information to business managers, external stakeholders,



and other relevant internal stakeholders.Collaborate with trading desks, trade support, syndicate accounting, technology, financial control, and infrastructure areas to enable timely and accurate reporting.Partner with and support the business to develop operational and strategic solutions.Align business and enterprise financial goals and thresholds.Educational Requirements:Undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics (Engineering, Physics, Computer Science) or other quantitative disciplines.Experience:3+ years of relevant experience in capital markets, finance, accounting, or equivalent quantitative disciplines.In‑depth knowledge of equity derivatives, valuations, accounting, and control practices.Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Strategic thinking, business acumen, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.Strong understanding of capital markets and regulatory environment.Additional Information:Pursuit or completion of qualified accreditation (CPA/CFA/MBA) is an asset.Programming skillsets such as Python are an asset.Benefits:Our Total Rewards package includes base salary, variable compensation, health and well‑being benefits, savings and retirement programs, paid time off, banking benefits, and career development opportunities.Language Requirement (Quebec only):Sans Objet#J-18808-Ljbffr
