You'll gain exposure to complex accounts, develop your financial acumen, and build a solid foundation for career growth within TD SYNNEX.What You'll DoIn this role, you will own and manage assigned accounts receivable balances, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution. Your responsibilities include:Reconcile assigned customer accounts accurately and efficiently, operating within defined authority levelsResearch accounts receivable histories for new and existing customers to identify trends, discrepancies, or risksProactively contact customers regarding payment status based on aging reports and review codesIdentify and resolve issues blocking payment, escalating risks or red flags to management as appropriateManage open discrepancies, invoice questions, and credit memo activity to drive timely resolutionDetermine next steps for resolution by analyzing account data and applying sound judgmentAccurately research invoices, credits, and related documentation using internal systemsComplete customer applications and documentation in accordance with compliance guidelinesCollaborate with internal partners (Sales, Credit, Customer Service)
to resolve account issuesParticipate in on‑call coverage during non‑standard work hours when business needs requireWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for motivated, detail‑oriented professionals who are eager to grow their careers in finance within a collaborative environment.Required Qualifications1-3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or a related fieldHigh school diploma or equivalentWorking knowledge of accounts receivable reconciliation and credit proceduresBasic understanding of RMA and program processes (from RMA issuance through credit or program conclusion)Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and OutlookAbility to identify common accounts receivable issues and support problem resolution with guidancePreferred QualificationsAssociate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldExperience working in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environmentExposure to ERP or financial systems and the ability to learn new technologies quicklySkills & CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and accuracyEffective time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasksClear written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)Comfortable collaborating with individuals across diverse backgrounds and identitiesAdaptable, resilient,
