Your OpportunityCovenant Health is seeking an Executive Coordinator (EC) to support the Vice President of Quality and Innovation and associated portfolio leaders (Privacy, Patient and Resident Safety, Infection Prevention and Control, Professional Practice, Research, and Innovation). As the central hub for the Office of the VP, you will be the first point of contact for executive leaders, physicians, operational team members, and external stakeholders. The EC is responsible for drafting and refining key documents and building strong relationships with organizational and external partners. They ensure the appropriate and timely flow of communication, prepare briefings and summaries, maintain records, and monitor and prepare financial reporting documentation. This role drives organizational initiatives, aligns stakeholders to their deliverables, and supports emerging organizational and portfolio strategic priorities. The EC supports onboarding and coverage as operationally necessary for other Quality and Innovation administrative team members, helping foster a culture of collaboration. Quality and Innovation and the Quality and the Quality and Innovation leadership team. This role manages multiple complex calendars, schedules high-priority, high-acuity meetings, coordinates travel and oversees related logistics. The EC anticipates needs, adapts to shifting priorities, and ensures the VP and team are fully prepared with briefing materials, reports, and documentation for all engagements. This role also drafts, proofreads, and formats correspondence, presentations, and documents while independently managing inquiries and coordinating key touchpoints with organizational and external partners in addition to monitoring and preparing finances. The EC serves as the first point of contact for the executive leadership team (ELT), physicians, operational leaders, and external partners. Responsibilities include managing and stratifying email flow, discerning and prioritizing communications, preparing briefings and summaries, and creating processes for efficient management of the portfolio. This is a collaborative role that supports timely information exchange across teams and provides guidance to other administrative staff to maintain consistent, high-quality support. The EC also maintains project schedules, tracks progress to those schedules and is a key support for emerging operational and strategic initiatives led by the VP’s office.
The EC plays a key role by providing onboarding assistance for current staff and relief for other administrative team members within the portfolio as operationally necessary in the spirit of collaboration.
