We are seeking skilled tradespersons who are passionate about equipment reliability, safety, and quality workmanship.You will work alongside knowledgeable supervisors and experienced crews who prioritize proper planning, clear communication, and a strong safety culture—so everyone goes home safe at the end of the day.Essential Responsibilities:Secure & cost‑effective maintenance of heavy mobile equipmentInspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy construction equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, graders, haul trucks, and support equipmentPerform preventative maintenance in accordance with manufacturer and site requirementsConduct pre‑trip/walk‑around safety inspections and complete daily field level hazard assessments for all activitiesComplete maintenance reporting and other documentation as requiredCollaborate and communicate effectively and professionally with other team membersBe a leader in both safety and production for the team by ensuring compliance with all company, client, and legislated safety policies and proceduresRequirements:3+ years previous experience preferredJourneyperson certification from a recognized training authorityStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsDemonstrated ability to work under minimal supervisionMust successfully complete pre‑access drug and alcohol testingMust have a valid Driver’s License and clear 3‑year driver’s abstractExperience with various equipment such as CAT, Komatsu, John Deere and HitachiStrong commitment to safety and safe work practicesAbility to work rotations, shifts,
and overtimeWork Conditions:Travel allowances provided across CanadaLiving out allowance or camp available for eligible candidatesVarious shift rotations availableExtended health benefits provided by CLACCompensation$34.32 – $49.03 per hourThis is the applicable wage range for this position.
