Drive MEP projects on-site as a Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Lead. Leverage your expertise in design, estimation, and construction to support preconstruction and operations teams. This full-time role requires a deep understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design concepts.

You will be pivotal in project preconstruction, providing industry knowledge as an in-house resource for associates and clients. Your experience will help ensure successful coordination and bidding processes. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing design and project estimates
- Coordinate trade partners and bidding processes
- Manage risks throughout the construction lifecycle
- Facilitate document reviews and scheduling tasks
- Support project operations with analytical problem-solving Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering or construction fields
- Over 5 years of design or construction management experience
- Proficient in MEP terminology and construction procedures
- Solid time management and prioritization skills
