Responsibilities

- Coordinate all aspects of media production projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and timeline management
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop visual concepts and storyboards that align with project goals
- Manage post-production processes using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of digital assets using Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
- Ensure high-quality output by reviewing edits, graphics, and animations for consistency and technical accuracy
- Communicate effectively with vendors, freelancers, and internal teams to meet project deadlines and specifications




- Maintain detailed documentation of project workflows, revisions, and asset versions for smooth handoffs

Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
- Experience with video editing software such as Final Cut Pro or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of multimedia production workflows from concept through delivery
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative problem-solving abilities combined with a proactive attitude
- Exceptional communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams effectively
- Knowledge of digital asset management best practices and file organization standards
