Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this position involves managing the contractual aspects for assigned projects under $25M, ensuring disciplined contract administration.

Your contribution will directly impact project outcomes through effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders while successfully navigating change management. Key Responsibilities:
Manage prime contracts and subcontract preparations
Coordinate and evaluate subtrade bid submissions
Assist in developing GMP packages for presentation
Support financial oversight through cash flow reviews
Track changes and claims with proactive documentation Requirements:
Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent
At least 7 years of construction industry experience
4+ years in commercial or contract roles preferred
Experience with risk management and cost control
