Provide direct critical care to PICU patients
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team
Lead quality improvement projects and initiatives
Participate in education and research in pediatric care
Consult with other specialties regarding patient care Requirements:
RCPSC training in General Pediatrics preferred
Current BLS and PALS certifications
Strong clinical assessment skills for pediatric patients
