Humber River Health is hiring a full time Registered Nurse for their Acute Inpatient Medicine Unit, focusing on stroke and general medicine. In addition to patient care, you will participate in team initiatives and serve as a mentor to nursing students. Your experience and interpersonal abilities will strengthen multidisciplinary collaboration and promote effective patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Manage care for patients with strokes and other medical issues
Collaborate on care planning with healthcare team professionals
Document patient interactions using computerized systems
Contribute to projects as a resource/team leader
Mentor and support current hires and nursing students Requirements:
Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
2 years of preferred acute inpatient experience
BCLS certification required within 3 months
Robust assessment and communication skills
