Responsibilities
Provide skilled hair styling, cutting, coloring, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences.
Deliver outstanding customer service by listening carefully to clients’ needs and offering expert advice.
Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, adhering strictly to sanitation standards to ensure client safety.
Engage with clients at the front desk, scheduling appointments, answering questions, and managing retail product sales through upselling techniques.
Promote retail products by educating clients on hair care solutions that meet their individual needs.
Assist with front desk duties such as checking in clients, managing wait times, and handling payments efficiently.
Build robust relationships with clients through clear communication skills,
ensuring a positive experience that encourages repeat visits.
Qualifications
Proven experience in hair styling or barbering with a strong portfolio of work.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport quickly.
Good understanding of Goldwell hair colour line
Ability to use hair colours well and do balayages, highlights, and root touch-ups
Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards within a salon or barbershop environment.
Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a genuine approach.
Strong organizational skills to manage appointments and front desk responsibilities seamlessly.
Retail sales experience is a plus, demonstrating an ability to promote products naturally.
