As an HR Generalist, you will be integral to the team, directly reporting to the General Manager and focusing on enhancing the company’s employee engagement and HR practices. Your experience in HR will directly contribute to a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities:
Support employee relations and HR best practices
Manage the recruitment process from job postings to offers
Oversee recent hires’ onboarding and exiting processes
Maintain HR records and compliance documentation
Implement performance management and workplace culture projects Requirements:
At least 3 years of HR experience, ideally in manufacturing
Bachelor’s degree with CHRP designation preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Strong ability to build professional relationships
