These short‑term contracts are ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic lab environments and are looking for competitive compensation, travel coverage, and the opportunity to work in diverse communities across BC.ResponsibilitiesPerform testing and analysis within Core Lab disciplines:Chemistry, Hematology, Accession, and Transfusion Medicine .Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring quality and accuracy.Process and analyze specimens efficiently in high‑volume hospital settings.Document and report test results in compliance with hospital protocols and standards.Adhere to safety procedures, infection control, and accreditation requirements.Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure timely and accurate lab support for patient care.QualificationsMinimum2 years of experience as a Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) .Proven experience working in aCore Lab environment(Chemistry, Hematology,
