Together, we are shaping the future of patient care and improving lives every day.We have an opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor.Descrição da vagaThe Maintenance Supervisor is accountable to the Maintenance Manager and is responsible for the supervision and coordination of daily activities of the Maintenance Mechanics, Maintenance Automation Technicians and Electricians.The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the reliable operation and maintenance of all production equipment and systems.Informações adicionaisSpearheads troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis efforts in a collaborative manner with the Maintenance technicians, Mtce Specialist, Tech Service, production teams and Mtce PlannerReports to the Maintenance Manager any significant equipment deficiencies as well as all unsafe working conditions found and provides proper documentation for deviations and proposed changesDirects and checks that all outside service companies and contractors are performing contracted work according to internal proceduresAssumes autonomy for the majority of day‑time Production equipment and systems maintenance related decisions and escalating issues to the Maintenance Manager as requiredEnsures that all direct reports follow all company safety policies and legislationDrives good housekeeping and maintains an organized work workplace.Orks closely with production and maintenance team members to ensure PM execution in a timely fashion.In a collaborative manner with the Inventory Technician, manages spare parts inventory as required maintaining effective and efficient operational levelsAssists Manager to manage the Maintenance budget and proper allocation of spending fundsRespond to on‑call needs for Production equipment or systems emergencies as requiredAccountable for GMP compliance with pharmaceutical regulatory standards governing Cambridge sitePerforms risk assessment and GAP analysis of Production equipment and systems and recommends continuous improvement, cost improvementSupports timely resolution of quality systems issues and documentation related to Maintenance i.E.; CAN, DIR, CCR, MDI, Internal/External Audits and other QA documentsEnsures that an accurate record of matters that may affect the safe management, operation and maintenance of the Production equipment and systems is made and maintained at all time (Log books, Carl PM’s, Corrective Work Orders)Writes and maintains relevant Standard Operating Procedures, Technical Bulletins and other related documentsWorks closely with other groups such as Production, Production Support, Technical Services, Project Management, to lead and/or support on project activities as appropriateFlexible to Coverage across shifts as necessary, agreed uponPerforms training requirements assessment for Maintenance group and develops, implements,
