ResponsibilitiesSupport Producers in a fast‑paced environment across multiple projects including broadcast TV, social, and digital campaigns.Assist the production and finance teams with essential business administration.Handle financial tasks such as creating estimates, processing invoices, and reconciling projects.Manage union talent (ACTRA/UDA) documentation, including submitting contracts and processing invoices.Manage stock image and footage licensing, copyright, music rights, and asset organization and user access.Provide support to freelance producers.QualificationsPositive and collaborative attitude.Curiosity, desire to learn, and drive to grow into a producer role.High level of organization and attention to detail.Ability to meet deadlines and work under daily time constraints.Proactive approach, anticipating needs and taking initiative.Can juggle multiple tasks across multiple productions in a fast‑moving environment.Relevant experience and training; unique backgrounds welcome.Knowledge of UDA & ACTRA is a plus; otherwise, willingness to learn.Bilingualism is a plus.Comfort with Google Suite and some experience with Adobe Suite is a plus.Experience in a production environment (creative agency, production company, or related field) is a plus.CompensationSalary range: $50,000 – $65,000 annually, depending on experience.Work EnvironmentHybrid role:
