Council is hiring two Youth Coordinators to develop engaging programs based on land-based healing principles. These coordinators will work closely with youth and young adults, providing activities to strengthen self-esteem and community bonds. This position allows for hands-on engagement in cultural teachings and outdoor experiences. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate on planning and promoting family-friendly programs
Use a strength-based model to address youth needs
Facilitate cultural and leadership activities
Engage youth in hands-on learning and development
Assist in coordinating land-based training sessions Requirements:
Energetic and passionate individual needed
At least 24 years old and local resident
Experience working with youth and families
CPR, Wilderness Safety and First Aid certifications required
Knowledge of outdoor survival skills required Bring your experience and commitment to youth development to the PAGC.
