Deliver individual client support and crisis intervention
Navigate the legal landscape and accompany clients to court
Collaborate with community groups to enhance service accessibility
Support development of tailored programs for clients
Educate families and support persons involved Requirements:
Degree in human services or equivalent experience
Minimum three years working in community settings
Solid communication and advocacy skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
