Contribute to Clarington's Public Works as a Full-Time Equipment Operator II. Focus on safely operating equipment for road and park maintenance in a agile role. Clarington is actively seeking two skilled Equipment Operator IIs to enhance its Public Works team.

In this role, you will be responsible for various maintenance functions for roads, parks, and sidewalks. Your expertise in operating road maintenance equipment will ensure productive service delivery for the community’s infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
Operate equipment for road and park maintenance
Perform routine maintenance on various machinery
Respond to after-hours call-ins for snow removal
Ensure safety practices are adhered to during operations
Follow municipal policies and safety regulations Requirements:
Secondary School diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year of equipment operation experience
Valid Class “D” Ontario Driver’s License with “Z” endorsement
Current First Aid Certificate and WHMIS certification
