Provide comprehensive primary medical care to all age groups
Perform home visits and offer itinerant services
Collaborate with inter-qualified teams in client care




Conduct prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care as needed
Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality

Requirements:
Degree in medicine and current Ontario medical license
Completion of a two-year accredited residency program
Solid clinical skills with experience in community health
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Bilingual ability relevant to community populations is an asset
