Board (SCDSB) is seeking committed individuals for a full-time Educational Assistant position, working 35 hours a week. Applicants should possess relevant degrees or diplomas in the human services field and must have Behaviour Management Systems (BMS) training. You will work in diverse classrooms, supporting students with special needs including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Key Responsibilities:
Assist students with toileting, feeding, and mobility tasks
Provide individualized support for students in various grade levels




Collaborate with teachers and other professionals in multidisciplinary teams
Implement behavior management techniques and strategies
Use assistive technology to enhance student engagement Requirements:
University degree or two-year diploma in human services
BMS training and excellent interpersonal skills
Experience with ABA techniques preferred
Ability to accommodate diverse learner needs
