Coffee aims to establish its brand with two recent locations, and we need an adept Cafe Manager. You will manage café operations, lead the barista team, and promote our core values. Community involvement and financial oversight will be critical aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities:
Direct daily café operations and manage barista performance
Develop staff schedules and oversee daily café tasks
Ensure top-notch preparation and service of coffee and food
Create an inclusive setting for customers and staff
Manage stock, inventory, and ordering processes Requirements:
5+ years in a managerial role within food service
Knowledge and passion for specialty coffee
Experience in training and developing team members
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory systems
Must possess Food Secure Level 1 certification Lead your team to success and enhance community connections as Cafe Manager at Forecast Coffee in North Vancouver.
