The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for guests, responsible for delivering friendly, professional, and effective service throughout all stages of the guest experience — from pre-arrival and check-in to in-house support and check-out. This role ensures each guest receives exceptional service to create a memorable stay.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide courteous and professional guest service at all times.
Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
Follow up on rooms not checked out by the scheduled departure time.
Make and manage reservations for walk-in guests and over the phone.
Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the property and local area.
Perform concierge duties including booking restaurants, tours, and transportation.
Balance and reconcile a cash float at the end of each shift.
Maintain high service standards and contribute to a positive guest experience.
Keep the front desk stocked with up-to-date information on dining, recreation, and local activities.
Ensure the front desk and office area are always clean, organized,



and presentable.

REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, guest-facing environment.
Knowledge of booking systems and office software is an asset.
Ability to handle cash and perform basic accounting.
Must be flexible to work weekends, and evenings.
Must be fluent in English both verbal and written.
Ability to stand on your feet for up to 8 hours a day, with breaks.

Staff housing available for full-time candidates. We are looking for an immediate start. Pay: From $22.72 per hour
