Join Elliott Coach Lines as a full time AM Dispatcher in Elmira. Manage communication between drivers and stakeholders to ensure effective school bus operations each day. In this role, your primary focus will be to facilitate real-time communication regarding daily bus routes, planned trips, and extracurricular activities for students.

You will effectively monitor driver performance, resolve issues, and ensure excellent service delivery. Your multi-tasking abilities and customer service dedication will directly impact our clients' transportation experiences. Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and oversee driver assignments for buses
Act as front line support for all routing issues
Address customer service inquiries and complaints
Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations
Assist in planning driver safety meetings and trainings Requirements:

Experience in a high-volume dispatch role preferred
