This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented, driven individual with solid leadership skills who takes pride in their work. The Foreman plays a key role in meeting project deadlines and supporting overall customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesLead daily crew huddles to set production goals and expectationsLead a crew of craft workers including carpenters, labourers, and equipment operatorsInterpret blueprints and job documents to plan work effectivelyPlan and schedule materials, equipment, and crew activitiesMaintain daily job logs and diariesEnsure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and company safety policiesLead safety meetings and enforce safe work practicesCommunicate goals clearly and lead by exampleTrain and mentor crew membersCollaborate with the project team to meet milestones and deliver successful projectsOversee field quality control and liaise with inspectors, subcontractors,
