As a Health & Safety Coordinator you’ll play a hands‑on role in keeping our people secure across our Niagara area sites.Reporting directly to the Health & Safety Manager, you’ll support the implementation and ongoing improvement of our Safety Management System (SMS). You’ll work closely with site teams, supervisors, and Joint Health & Safety Committees (JHSCs) to ensure compliance, lead by example in the field, and help foster a strong, proactive safety culture.This position is based out of our Niagara Falls office, with regular travel to local work sites.Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 (based on experience and qualifications)What You’ll Be DoingSupport day‑to‑day compliance with applicable legislation, company policies, and SMS standardsAssist in developing site‑specific Safe Operating Procedures (SOPs) and deliver training to employeesConduct site inspections, hazard assessments, and participate in incident investigationsMaintain accurate safety records and submit reports using eCompliance (forms, checklists,
