You will engage in failure analysis, collaborating with team members to document observations, analyze components, and prepare recommendations. Safety and the drive for improvement are essential in our workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough failure analysis to identify issues
Document findings and prepare client-facing reports




Observe components upon disassembly for data collection
Research historical data to uncover patterns
Participate in business process improvement projects Requirements:
Engineering degree or equivalent experience required
Familiarity with Caterpillar engine systems preferred
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead safety initiatives in the workplace
