As the Stewarding Supervisor, you will lead and manage the Stewarding team, ensuring that all sanitation practices are followed meticulously.

Your role includes training recent team members and guaranteeing that kitchen staff have the necessary supplies and equipment. Additionally, you will review banquet orders and keep the kitchen running smoothly by monitoring breakage inventories and equipment maintenance. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of the Stewarding department

Train and onboard current colleagues
Verify supplies and equipment for kitchen operations
Manage inventory of damaged items Requirements:
Previous experience in stewarding or kitchen supervision
