Responsibilities

- Supervise front desk operations, including guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and quality standards across all departments
- Clean and get rooms ready
- Implement effective phone etiquette practices to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest communications professionally




- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the property to uphold our reputation for excellence

Skills

- Proven supervising experience in hospitality or hotel management roles
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Knowledge of hotel operations, front desk procedures, and hospitality industry best practices
- Experience in human resources functions including hiring, training, and performance management
- Budgeting skills to manage expenses and optimize operational costs effectively
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Excellent phone etiquette with clear communication skills in high-pressure situations
- Familiarity with guest services software and basic administrative tools
