What We Are Looking For Depending on the position, candidates should have some of the following:
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, guest services or culinary environments.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Professional and positive attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays depending on the position.
- Leadership or supervisory experience for senior-level positions.
- Fine dining or high-end hospitality experience for certain culinary, restaurant and supervisory positions.

Entry-level and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply, depending on the position of interest. Certifications & Specific Requirements

Some positions may require or prefer:

- Serving It Right certification for Food & Beverage positions.
- FOODSAFE certification for certain culinary positions.
- Red Seal / Journeyman certification for senior culinary positions is considered an asset.
- Sommelier certification for the Sommelier position.




- Valid BC Class 5 Driver's Licence or eligibility for certain Front Office, Night Audit and Valet positions.

Compensation Compensation varies depending on the position and experience.
- Hourly positions: approximately $18.25 – $23.00 per hour
- Restaurant Supervisor / Front Office Supervisor: approximately $49,750 per year
- Sommelier: approximately $53,000 per year
- Jr. Sous Chef: approximately $57,000 per year
- Sous Chef: approximately $62,000 per year
- Culinary Director: approximately $100,000 per year

Additional incentives or staff meals may be available for certain positions.
