and quality improvement measures across Navigation & Intake.QualificationsUniversity degree in Public Administration or a related field (Social Work, Psychology, Health Sciences, etc.) and four (4) years of progressively responsible experience related to the role, or equivalent as described below.Equivalency1 year of education for 1 year of experience; or1 year of experience for 1 year of education.Required ExperienceExperience in human services, with a focus on addiction and mental health.Experience supporting complex case management.Experience in program implementation within a government or community-based setting.Experience interpreting and applying policy in a government or community-based setting.Experience in a leadership or supervisory role, including providing direction, coaching, and performance support to staff.AssetsExperience working with vulnerable populations.Knowledge of trauma informed and recovery oriented practices in service delivery.Lived experience, cultural knowledge, or professional experience working with Indigenous communities or organizations, with an understanding of governance, culture, history, community relationships, and protocols.Additional InformationFinal candidates will be required to undergo a security screening.
