Your strong credit adjudication skills and attention to detail will enable you to deliver accurate lending solutions, respond to customer requests and support loan administration activities.What you'll doInterview customers, assess needs and complete financial and risk analysis by phone to process credit facility applicationsPrepare required loan and legal documentation and support loan administration activitiesProcess disbursements, adjudicate credit, complete credit checks and process payoffs for Alliance partner programsRespond to customer and partner requests received by phone,



email and other channelsExecute collection activities and outbound call initiativesProvide informal mentorship, coaching and guidance to developing Ag Lending Analysts and support process consistencyRequired qualificationsA bachelor 's degree in agriculture, business and/or financeMinimum tw o years of relevant experience, including agricultural lending or finance ( or an equiva len t combination of educa tion and experience )Extensive knowledge of agricultural finance, lending and loan administration practicesProven expertise in financial analysis, credit assessment and risk analysisDemonstrated proficiency using computer systems and business information systemsKnowledge of lending processes, sales practices and legal requirements related to personal property and mortgage lendingAbility to coach, mentor and share knowledge with colleaguesPreferred qualificationsExperience as an Ag Lending AnalystKnowledge of Alliance partner lending programs and agreementsExperience working in a customer service centre or call- centre environmentYou belong hereAt FCC, we're committed to creating an inclusive, equitable and accessible workplace - one that reflects the communities where we live, work and play.
