Your high energy, focused, results driven nature, recognizes the importance of operational excellence, attention to detail, and getting results by developing/motivating unit operators.Core ResponsibilitiesGrow and Protect Sales and Increase DividendsLead and Manager Company InitiativesFacilitate Operations Communication and Standards/ExpectationsDrive customer satisfaction through established company programsPosition ResponsibilitiesProvide ongoing communication to Unit Operators on company initiatives and prioritiesConduct periodic business reviews with Unit Operators to review performanceAssist in meetings, training sessions, webinars, etc.Facilitate the operations update on 4 business update callsSupport and maintain strong relationships with existing and new franchise partnersResponsible for overseeing and driving operational compliance in all restaurant operations and productsProvide direction/coaching/mentoring to each restaurant location.Ensure outstanding Guest Service experience and product qualityDrive compliance and participation of all operating initiatives, required certifications,



policies and practices etc.Frequent restaurant visits are an integral part of providing support and face time with staff/operators/customersLead all new location openings or restaurant changeoversProvide leadership by example and hands on approachAct as the Brand/business ambassador at all timesRequirements4‑5 years multi‑unit successful food management experience an assetQSR / Food Sector experience preferably within a franchisor/franchisee environment an assetRequires a valid driver’s license and ability to travel (1 or 2 x overnight per month)Excellent communication skills both verbal and writtenExceptional organizational skills and ability to multi‑taskAnalytical thinking / persuasive communication skills with a positive attitudeA willingness to work in a team supported environmentA proven /demonstrated business success track recordA strong desire to achieve and passion for excellenceBoth strategic and tactical with a "can‑do" attitude and willing hands on approachBecause of the nature of Pizza Pizza Limited's business, you must be available to work, Monday through Sunday and Statutory Holidays and agree to devote whatever time is necessary in order to properly perform your duties.
