This is a full‑time, in office, high‑performance leadership role for a builder who can create systems, scale people, and turn frontline staff into an elite, customer‑obsessed sales force.You will own athlete growth across all Brodie League locations— increasing registrations, boosting retention, driving add‑on revenue, and unlocking recent opportunities to grow the brand. This role sits at the intersection of sales, customer experience, community, and operations.Your job: build the ultimate service‑driven selling machine across North America, powered by Brodie culture and frontline execution.You will partner directly with on‑site teams, League Managers, Athlete Experience Specialists, and Highlight Specialists, shaping the scripts, playbooks, tools, and habits they use to convert athletes, exceed expectations, and keep players coming back season after season.CORE RESPONSIBILITIESSales Strategy & Revenue GrowthOwn the sales strategy and revenue targets for all Brodie League locationsBuild frameworks to increase athlete registrations, retention, referrals, and waitlist conversionsDevelop and test pricing strategies, add‑on offerings, upsells,
and new revenue streamsPartner with Marketing to tighten funnels and optimise lead → registration conversionAnalyse player behaviour to identify revenue opportunities and timing patternsWork directly with on‑site staff to create repeatable sales systems inside every locationDeploy tactics to increase team signups, free‑agent signups, and new player acquisitionBuild templates for local outreach, partnerships, and grassroots growth channelsIdentify high‑potential locations and create targeted growth plansRetention, Experience & Service‑Driven SellingBuild systems that increase returning athletes season‑over‑seasonCreate customer service scripts that turn every staff member into a confident sellerImplement follow‑up processes, customer lifecycles, and retention workflowsCoach staff on how to build relationships, anticipate athlete needs, and create “wow” momentsIntegrate sales opportunities into game night flow (check‑in, jersey pickup, on‑court engagement)Sales Playbooks, Training & Performance ManagementDevelop Brodie’s full sales playbook used by League Managers, Experience Specialists, and Highlight SpecialistsDesign training programs, workshops,
