Your strong analytical thinking, communication and collaboration skills will enable you to deliver expert advice to employees and leaders, contribute to corporate initiatives and strengthen ethical practices across the organization.If you’re a confident communicator,



critical thinker and problem-solver who thrives in a corporate environment and is motivated by supporting ethical decision-making, this might be the role for you.What You’ll DoSupport the day-to-day operations of FCC’s Ethics program, including developing and documenting advice and guidanceDevelop and implement various tools that support the operations of the Ethics program and enable FCC’s employees and leaders to perform according to our Code of ConductBuild and maintain processes, procedures and tools to monitor and address ethical risks and conflicts of interestMonitor ethics and compliance practices, benchmark against best practices, and recommend and implement program improvementsDevelop, coordinate and deliver ethics-related training, education and ongoing supportPrepare internal and external reports, track metrics, analyze trends and escalate issues as requiredProvide administrative support to whistleblower processes and investigations with discretion and sound judgmentRequired QualificationsA bachelor’s degree in business, law, public administration or communicationMinimum five years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)Strong business judgment,



problem-solving ability and comfort working with complex and ambiguous issuesExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to guide employees and leaders through complex ethical situationsAdvanced proficiency in both official languages (English and French)Preferred QualificationsAdvanced knowledge of ethics, conflicts of interest, codes of conduct and market standards and best practicesAdvanced knowledge in ethical matters and legal frameworks pertaining specifically to the federal public sectorExperience supporting a risk management functionExperience or knowledge in one of the following fields is an asset: insider threat management, third-party integrity assessments, ethical AINot sure you meet every requirement?
