The Therapeutic Sales Specialist is responsible for driving the growth and adoption of promoted products in their territory. This role involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, delivering clinically relevant product information, and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed territory objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a territory business plan to achieve sales targets and market growthBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including neurologists, psychiatrists, high prescribing general practitioners, and allied healthcare professionals.Deliver accurate, compliant, and impactful product presentations aligned with clinical data and patient outcomes.Identify and act on business opportunitiesAnalyze territory performance, customer insights, and market trends to inform strategyCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical, and market access teamsMaintain a high level of product, disease state, and competitive knowledgeEnsure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policiesRequirementsBachelor’s degree.
