This position will be based in Mississauga.ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of the operation of a portfolio of multi-residential propertiesOversee staff to ensure properties are well maintained and ensure all maintenance issues are addressed in a timely & cost-effective mannerWork with staff to ensure vacant apartments are leased, according to leasing proceduresDealing with the Residential Tenancies Act directly for all tenancy mattersComplete annual property operating budget and monthly variance analysisProvide support to/supervise staff associated with the portfolio including assisting in conducting annual performance reviewsQualifications5 + years of experience in the property management industry, multi-residential experience preferredCompletion of a university degree or college diploma program in a related field,
