You’ll manage and mentor a team of 3-4 workers, ensuring high-quality installations of Kelowna’s most exclusive landscapes.Plan, schedule, and execute landscape construction projects from start to finish.Lead your team with humility, respect, and positivity.Promote safety, excellence, and innovation on every site.Master the art of custom installations, including:Paving stones, slabs,



and flagstoneWater features and drainage systemsNatural stone walls (hand-stacked or machine-built)Low-voltage lighting and irrigationSoftscapesSkills & Qualifications for a Landscape Construction ForemanOur idealLandscape Construction Foremanhas a passion for leading teams and executing top-tier projects.Experience:2+ years of formal training or 5+ years of field experience in landscape construction.Leadership:Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.Technical Proficiency:Reading plans, material take-offs, and operating equipment (skid steers, excavators, transit levels, and more).Qualifications:Valid BC Driver’s License with Heavy Trailer Endorsement, First Aid Certificate.Personal Qualities:Polite, respectful, and humble.Emotionally intelligent and adaptable.Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.Self-motivated, with a passion for learning and growing.At Creative Roots, we believe in rewarding hard work and dedication.
