As the owner of our video strategy, you’ll be the trusted resource for implementing and maintaining a culture of video in our company. Your job will be to produce video content that aligns with our brand, mission and goals. As our visual storyteller, you’ll own all aspects of video production, including pre-production scripting, production setup and footage shooting, post-production editing, managing creative assets, analyzing and reporting, and maintaining all video equipment.You’ll work closely with our content manager and sales team to execute projects from concept through completion. To be successful, you’ll think like a content producer, execute like a videographer and have an innate sense of ownership and commitment to continuous improvement.This is a full-time position, with a salary range between $60,000 to $75,000. This role is based in Saskatoon and some travel may be required.Own and execute the principles of Marcus Sheridan’s Endless Customers (formerly They Ask, You Answer) for the video strategy.Collaborate with our content manager, sales executives and delivery teams to select and prioritize video topics.Collect b-roll footage, interview appropriate employees and/or customers, and use AI to generate content for use in videos.Use AI to assist in video production, including, but not limited to: optimizing the production process; automatic color correction; audio enhancements; and smart editing.Create, upload,



optimize and report on content for our YouTube channel. Assist in social sharing of video content on other platforms.Use your project management skills and develop repeatable processes to consistently create 2-3 videos per week.Manage the company’s video equipment, including: determining what equipment is necessary and obtaining equipment (as needed); maintaining proper levels and calibrating all production equipment (cameras, audio and video recorders, etc.); transporting, setting up and operating production equipment on location and in studio.Report on video performance and implement changes to improve effectivenessWork closely with the sales team to refine, setup and optimize their 1:1 and 1:many videos.Appear as on-camera talent to interview subject matter experts.Assist in maintaining the video hosting platform and understand best practices.Coach and educate our team on how to use the latest video technologies and own the implementation of them in our company.Complete ongoing training to deepen and expand relevant job skills.The Skills You’ll Bring…Proficient with video editing software (Adobe Premiere preferred or similar)Experience with Adobe After Effects or Motion is preferredExperience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a plusProficient at storyboarding, scripting and conceptsUnderstand basic and advanced composition techniquesExperience with AI tools, specifically familiarity with AI-enhanced video editing software or platforms that incorporate AI functionalities (Adobe Sensei or similar tools)A solid understanding of AI principles as they apply to video production, including machine learning concepts and their applications in content creationGreat communication and interview skills that make people feel comfortable and energetic on cameraAbility to see content from the eye of the viewer to create the best experienceCapable of following strategic direction and adhering to brand standards,
