OverviewOur client is a Galway-based developer and main contractor.They have a requirement for an experienced Foreman / Site Manager to manage all civil groundworks and external works for building projects in Mayo.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily site operations, leading teams in excavation, drainage, foundations, and utility installation, while ensuring safety, quality, and project schedules are met.Directing groundworkers and plant operators, enforcing H&S regulations.Managing site clearance, deep drainage, pipe laying, concrete works, and foundations.Ensuring compliance with project specifications and as-built records.Directing external works such as kerbing, paving, roadworks, and surfacing.QualificationsMinimum 5+ years of experience.Solid technical knowledge of groundworks.Supervisory skills for residential building or civil projects.BenefitsSalary €75,000 with car allowance, pension, etc.#J-18808-Ljbffr
