As a Family Support Specialist, your role is to facilitate growth in family relationships and support families navigating challenges. You will implement the Teaching-Family Model, offering resources in parenting, budgeting, and child development.

Your responsibilities will include regular family visits and on-call support, primarily in Calgary and Airdrie, with occasional travel to Beiseker and Crossfield. Key Responsibilities:
Provide ongoing in-home family support
Enhance family functioning through targeted visits
Assist families with parenting and advocacy skills
Maintain family files and report on progress
Consult with community services for timely resource access Requirements:
