AEO is seeking dedicated Maintenance Associates to support our Distribution Center operations. As a Maintenance Associate, you’ll perform essential maintenance on equipment and facilities within our climate-controlled distribution center.

Your expertise will cover preventive maintenance and diagnostics, ensuring a safe setting for all. This role also includes handling equipment moves and installations, making your contribution vital to our smooth operation. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct preventative maintenance on conveyor systems
Diagnose and repair lift equipment and conveyors
Perform electrical repairs and facility maintenance
Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
Uphold a secure and clean working workplace Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred 2 years of maintenance experience
Mechanical trade experience is a plus
Strong communication skills required
