Your primary role will involve receiving, documenting, and troubleshooting both rental and customer equipment to ensure optimal performance. With a focus on quality and collaboration, you will also train new staff and keep operations effective and organized. Key Responsibilities:
Document and repair problems for rental and customer equipment
Refurbish and maintain equipment using various methods
Ensure strict adherence to quality assurance practices
Organize tools, equipment, and inventory effectively
Provide training to current colleagues and assist other teams Requirements:
Certification as a Journeyperson Millwright or equivalent
Mechanical and electrical competency in using tools
Stellar customer service and communication abilities
Capability of lifting 50 lbs and working outdoors
