Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely entry and processing
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with sanitation standards
Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth service flow




Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Experience
Previous food service experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is highly preferred
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing and cashiering
Solid time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards to uphold health regulations
Experience in hospitality or guest services roles that demonstrate excellent communication skills
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing bills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting with kitchen staff and fellow servers
