You will uphold the highest standards of safety and service while mentoring crew, executing accurate flight planning, and delivering a seamless experience for discerning passengers. Plan and conduct domestic and international flights; oversee performance, fuel, and alternate strategies.

Champion a safety‑first culture, SOP adherence, and effective CRM across the flight deck. Coordinate closely with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams for aircraft readiness and on‑time performance. Provide discreet, passenger‑focused service consistent with corporate aviation standards.

Maintain regulatory and company currency, records, and training requirements.
