Aplin is looking for a Full time HR & Payroll Manager in downtown Edmonton to support an established skilled services firm. This role requires solid payroll and HR generalist knowledge to facilitate effective employee lifecycle management. You will take charge of payroll operations and be an integral resource for approximately 100 team members.

This includes collaborating with leadership, refining HR and payroll strategies, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation while providing high-quality HR support. Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle payroll and support the Payroll Administrator
Conduct payroll reconciliations to resolve discrepancies
Answer HR-related queries as the internal expert
Oversee employee benefits administration and inquiries
Support compliance with HR policies and payroll regulations Requirements:
5+ years of HR and payroll experience required
Degree or diploma in HR is advantageous
Experience with Canadian payroll systems, ADP preferred
Strong Excel skills necessary for data management
High level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling information Utilize your HR acumen for impactful process enhancements and employee support in this key role.
