This role reports to the Director of People & Culture and focuses on developing health and safety programs while managing disability claims and the Group Advantages Plan.

You will educate employees on benefits, and support the Joint Health & Safety Committee to foster a safe work environment. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement occupational health and safety vision
Coordinate health and safety management systems
Prepare monthly health and safety reports
Administer Group Perks and Short-Term Disability claims
Manage WSIB claims and support training initiatives Requirements:
Post-secondary education, HR diploma is a strong asset
3 years of HR or Health & Safety management experience
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking skills Shape a safer workplace through proactive health and safety leadership and effective benefits management.
