Join The Mustard Seed as a Full-Time Housing Program Coordinator in Grande Prairie, Alberta. Focus on program facilitation and support for residents to improve their quality of life. In this role, you will assist the Housing Supervisor in planning and implementing programs at Cedar Point Supportive Housing, aiming to enhance the overall wellbeing of the residents.

The position involves managing daily operations, coordinating activities, and ensuring a secure and productive workplace while engaging volunteers in various initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Develop life skills and recreational programs for residents
Maintain clear communication with residents and outside organizations
Ensure program materials are ordered and functioning well




Collaborate with the Volunteer Engagement department
Complete incident reports and participate in team meetings Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Human Services or equivalent experience
Frontline experience with vulnerable individuals
Robust skills in organizing and communication
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Valid driver’s license and vehicle with insurance necessary Facilitate transformative programs to support residents and uplift the community at The Mustard Seed.
