The Floor

Lead is integral to Mejuri's store leadership, tasked with enhancing customer service while operationalizing daily practices. You will motivate your team through exemplary service, engagement, and hands-on support in achieving performance metrics. Your adaptability and commitment will contribute to Mejuri's vision of making fine jewelry accessible and meaningful. Key Responsibilities:
Validate and lead Mejuri’s customer service standards
Monitor and achieve key performance metrics for the store
Facilitate inventory processes and operational efficiency




Execute effective visual merchandising practices
Conduct employee onboarding and performance assessments Requirements:
High-volume retail experience essential
Critical thinking and organizational skills required
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Willingness to work varying shifts including weekends
