Gold is looking for an experienced Health and Safety Trainer for our Timmins West site. This position involves delivering essential training, promoting safety procedures, and maintaining compliance records. You will drive a culture of safety by supporting and monitoring training programs for all mine personnel. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver orientations to all recent employees
Educate teams on safety responsibilities
Maintain comprehensive training schedules
Ensure alignment with safety accreditation requirements
Report on training compliance across the site Requirements:
5 to 7 years of mining experience preferred
Certification as Train the Trainer mandatory
Robust communication and documentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Eligibility to work in Canada Drive mining safety initiatives and compliance at Lake Shore Gold’s Timmins West Mine.
